Charles has been passionate about photography and wildlife for two years now and he is currently working toward to becoming a wildlife photographer. Day after day he does research so he can provide his readers with information and experiences. Charles holds a diploma in Wildlife/Forestry Conservation and hold certificates in Manufacturing Technology, Avian Disease Prevention, as well as an Avian Specialist Certificate. Charles is currently in the progress of earning his degree in photography.

Charles lives in Riverside County which is located in Sunny Southern California. His interests include photography, wildlife, friends and family, and spending the day at San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Disneyland, Camping and Hiking.

Charles’ Story
Once upon a time there was a boy who loved computers. He would spend hours playing on them, breaking them and then repairing them. One day he lost everything when their family computer finally went out. When he reached high school his family presented him with a new Dell computer and a broadband internet connection; but did they know that this would cause an addiction? His family told him that he could not open or upgrade his new computer, risking the same issues as before. Devastated by this, he set out to find a way to get his family to trust him in modifying his own computer. To his surprise his high school offered both Comp TIA (A+ Computer Repair) and Network+ courses. He spent his years taking these courses and passing them with flying colors which gave his family the confidence they needed to allow him to modify and upgrade his computer. During this period the addiction became stronger and stronger each and everyday. After school, he would come home and spend day and night at the computer studying anything and everything. When he graduated, he earned enough money to build a high end gaming rig, along with a computer repair toolkit. A short while afterward he got tired of repairing and building computers and researching; he needed something else to make his time at the computer worthwhile. This is when he started to learn and become a PHP Programmer.

He continued to program for about a year for 18-24+ hours a day, which really took a tool on him. Then one day he was presented with a season pass to SeaWorld which would change his life forever. During the Shamu show a life changing event strikes him. He describes the feeling as if God reached his hand out and said “come my boy”. After this day he slowly stopped developing, started to reverse the effects that were caused by the many hours on the computer, and sparked a new direction of his education. When his birthday came around he was given a Canon A720IS Powershot camera. He quickly begin learning about all the various options and read his first book on photography. After the first few thousands of shots he had that camera down. Everyone started to tell him how good his photographs were and that he should build a portfolio. Enjoyed by the feedback, he finally stepped up to the plate and took on a new educational path. Today he is working hard towards his degree in photography and a degree in animal health technology.
